This Privacy Policy describes how Clarity Works ("we," "us,") handles information in connection with our websites and applications (the "Service"). The Service is built for connected workplace wellbeing: some data may be processed on our systems or partners when you use the app or site, depending on features you use and settings from you or your organization.

Depending on the version of the app and your or your organization's settings, assessment results, check-ins, and related data may be stored on your device, on our or a service provider's servers, or both (for example, to enable sign-in, backups, or employer programs). The exact storage and processing practices are described in the in-app notices and, where applicable, your employer's agreements with us.
If you use the optional virtual counsellor while online, your messages (and contextual summaries the app attaches, such as recent on-device assessment summaries) are sent to a third-party AI provider (for example, Google Gemini) using configuration you or your organization supplies (such as an API key). That provider processes text according to its own terms and privacy policy. Do not paste information you would not want processed by a third party.
This marketing site may collect standard server logs (for example, IP address, user agent) when you load pages. We may use hosting or analytics tools that process usage data to operate and improve the site. See your browser settings to manage cookies where applicable.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are not old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
We use reasonable measures to protect web infrastructure. On-device data depends on your device security (for example, passcode, OS updates). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other countries where laws may differ.
